东莞中昌精密五金制品有限公司于1998年在广东东莞谢岗镇曹乐工业区成立，公司占地25亩(16000多平方米)，交通十分便利。

公司拥有各类CNC电脑车床、精密自动车床、打头机、搓牙机、线切割机、火花机、高速冲床、各类加工机及辅助设备100多台。为确保产品的精度及品质，50%设备从日本进口，50%从台湾进口，还配备了投影检测仪、硬度计、盐雾试验机、扭力计、螺丝自动选检机、镀层厚度计等先进检测设备，并于2003年通过了ISO9001:2000品质认证。

公司经过多年发展，产品日臻完善，生产分为6个车间，有螺丝打头车间、螺丝搓牙车间、自动车床车间、CNC车间、模具车间及冲压车间。公 司专业生产各类精密螺丝、特殊特长螺丝（最长可达300mm）、螺柱、铆钉、螺母、弹簧介子、垫片、拉钉、散热片及其他冲压产品；CNC及自动车床车间生产各类车床件及轴件五金零件；模具车间主要生产各种塑胶模具。

The company has over 100 CNC computer lathes, precision automatic lathes, heading machines, tooth rolling machines, wire cutting machines, spark machines, high-speed punching machines, various processing machines, and auxiliary equipment. To ensure the accuracy and quality of the product, 50% of the equipment is imported from Japan and 50% from Taiwan.
